Sask DLC collaborates with your local school to provide more than 120 high school course options so that you can pursue a passion, try a trade, gain valuable skills, and meet your individual needs or flexibility.
Explore Courses
You can explore a class that piques your interest, develop a new skill, or take a missed class by adding a Sask DLC course to your current school timetable.
When it's time for your Sask DLC course, simply go to the designated space in your school, log into DLCgo, and work on your course. Your Sask DLC teacher regularly check in with you and coordinate with our Online Learning Facilitator (OLF) at your school to help you stay on track. The OLF will assist with exams and answer any questions you might have. All of your assignments will be submitted to your Sask DLC teacher online. If you want to work on your course outside of school, you're in luck because you can access your course 24/7 (except for live synchronous classes). Each course you take will earn you a credit towards graduation!
If you are interested in supplementing your learning with a Sask DLC course, connect with your local school principal or guidance counsellor to see how an online course can support your graduation plan. We want to make it as simple as possible for schools and students to register and request courses. To help, we’ve made a series of brief videos to walk you through each step.
Our unique electives allow you to explore an interest and learn about careers in that field. From Animation to Paleontology, Interior Design and IT Support Tech, learn more about what interests you!
Sask DLC offers over 25 trade-related courses including Drafting, Mechanics, Power Engineering, Agricultural Equipment Technician, and more!
Time management, communication, and independence will develop and improve while at the Sask DLC. Building these skills will help prepare you for your future.
Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre provides Kindergarten to Grade 12 courses to Saskatchewan students who choose to study online. We empower students and families to choose the learning environment that works best for them, while supporting their graduation plan.
