Wellness 10 is a combination of health and physical education. The basics of the course is development and revision of a personal plan for wellness.

What Will I Learn?

Wellness 10 online offers a unique opportunity to gain a required high school credit where one is not currently available to the student. The purpose of Wellness 10 is to develop confident and competent students who understand, appreciate and engage in a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

This course requires you to take part in approximately 70 days of activity, including tracking your movement, resistance and cardio training and volunteering hours. If students would like more time to complete these courses, they may opt to register in a year-long course versus the Semester 1 or 2 option.
